Conditions of Exchange / Refund

1. No refund

2. All requests for exchange must be made within 7days from date of purchase ;

3. Exchange will not be accepted unless original receipt of the relevant merchandise is presented within 7days from date of purchase ;

4. No exchange or refund will be accepted if the relevant merchandise has been consumed or damaged. Swiss Beaute has absolute right to determine the condition of merchandise ;

5. Any promotional items including value packs, gifts with purchase etc. can only be exchange for the same item with the same value, within 7days from date of purchase

6. Swiss Beaute has absolute right in determinating the above terms and conditions.
